Clarice Davila graduated from Miami Dade College in the spring of 2015 with an Associate in Arts degree in biology. After receiving her A.A., Clarice transferred to Florida International University (FIU) and is now pursing her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. She plans to graduate from FIU in the fall of 2017 and continue her education with a master’s degree. Her interests are clean and renewable energy, such as hydroelectric and biomass. Currently, she is assigned to the high level waste project under the supervision of her mentor Dr. Aparna Aravelli.
