Daniel Coelho (Electrical Engineering)
Daniel Coelho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, both earned at Florida International University (FIU). He is now dedicated to pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in machine and deep learning.
Daniel actively contributes to the Department of Energy Fellows Program as a graduate research assistant at the Applied Research Center (ARC) within FIU. Guided by the expertise of Dr. Himanshu Upadhyay and Dr. Pieter Hazenberg, his current research delves into computer vision, exploring a wide array of technical techniques integral to artificial intelligence.
