Ximena Lugo (Environmental Engineering)
Ximena Lugo is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering at Florida International University. She is a member of the Honors College and an executive board member for the American Academy of Environmental Engineers & Scientists as well as the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society. Her professional interests include bioremediation technology and ecological restoration. Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree, Ximena plans to pursue a master’s degree in environmental engineering.
